All Rates Include The Following:
The use of our tables and chairs (seating for 130 inside & 25 outside).
The use of AV projector, 120" projector screen, and Stereo / speakers throughout building & on deck.
The use of our caterer friendly kitchen (stove for warming only, refrigerator, freezer, microwave).
The use of the bar refrigerators.
The use of the outdoor deck.
The use of our dance floor.
Free parking.

Option 1:
Friday through Sunday: $2900
Friday 11am–Sunday Midnight (turn in key Monday by 10am)
Option 2:
Thursday through Friday: $2300
Thursday 3 pm - Friday Midnight (turn in key Saturday by 10am)
Option 3: Business meeting rental
Tuesday or Wednesday: $850
10am - 10pm (turn in key next day @ 10am)
